Recapto is an artistic platform for documentary and visual storytelling.

We bring together filmmakers, photographers, producers, writers and other practitioners around projects exploring migration, displacement, borders, human rights, and social and political conflicts.

Our work spans documentary film, photography and artistic film projects. Projects often develop through close, long-term collaborations with people and local partners, shaped by the places, stories and realities we work within.

Based in Copenhagen and Malmö, working internationally.
